No.
Hitting a fleeing opponent triggers autocrits. Like how bull's strike was before it got buffed to "moving foe." I don't know exactly how fleeing works but I guess you have to hit a foe moving directly from you. Soooo autocrits aren't that easy to get.

When you're chasing down people running away, they're usually pretty easy to get if you can keep up.

Either way I would be happy with it as we need more then Avatar of Melandru builds running around.

ws is fine
it recently got buffed to apply both bleeding and dw in one swing, and the bleeding covers the dw.

Everything else < Hammerdins < Bowazons.

This is just a "have-fun" topic, since obviously none of this will ever get considered. I guess it's typical Guru behavior that people react all "smarty-pants" to every thread.

A moving enemy is basically a fleeing enemy.
AKA kiting.
AoB, if hitting a kiting enemy, with the run speed buff will automatically sundercrit, and sundercrits for a scythe, are very, very strong.

Agreed, WS is easily the hardest pressure from a dervish. It's hell to mitigate/heal through it.

ild like to see that , but
Elite Enchantment. For 20 Seconds Your Skills cost 5..8..11 % less energy, recharge 5..8..11 % faster, and you attack 5..8..11% faster for each Wind Prayer enchantment on you. (maximum 3)
I would really like to see some use for wind prayers other then guided hands/Attacker's insight/lame autoheal

It's kind of funny nobody can agree on the most overpowered build, heh... mainly because different builds excelled at different things. For general use the windie or hammerdin seemed the most difficult to stop, while fire or coldsorcs, fury javazons or lightning sins generally killed stuff the fastest, provided they weren't invulnerable. But with the right gear, pretty much anything could become overpowered...
... we are so going to get our posts deleted for derailing this thread.

Pious Renewal does give it's effect when it ends. It's quite the E-management skill when you have a monk spamming RoF on you.

I mean an additional effect just for when it ends.
